Is AyL Legacy hair 100% human hair?

Yes. AyL Legacy wigs and extensions are made with 100% human hair. Please refer to each individual product description for specific details about the hair type, texture, lace, density, and other features.

What is transparent lace?

Transparent lace is a thin, lightweight lace designed to create a natural-looking finish when properly installed. It can be customized by an experienced stylist to help achieve a seamless appearance along the hairline.

Can I straighten or curl my AyL Legacy hair?

Yes. Human hair can be heat styled. We strongly recommend using a heat protectant and avoiding excessive heat to help preserve the quality and longevity of the hair.

Can I color or bleach the hair?

Human hair may be colored or chemically processed, but doing so can affect the texture, curl pattern, condition, and lifespan of the hair.

We recommend having coloring or bleaching performed by an experienced professional stylist.

How many bundles do I need?

The number of bundles needed depends on your desired fullness, installation style, and hair length.

As a general guide:

• 22"–24": Approximately 2–3 bundles

• 26"–28": Approximately 3–4 bundles

For a fuller look, additional bundles may be preferred.

How do I choose the right length?

Hair length can appear different depending on texture. Straight hair generally appears longer, while curly and wavy textures may appear shorter because of their curl pattern.

For curly or wavy hair, the stated length is generally based on the hair being stretched straight.

How long will my AyL Legacy hair last?

There is no exact lifespan because longevity depends heavily on how the hair is worn and maintained.

Frequency of wear, heat styling, coloring, chemical processing, installation methods, products used, and overall care can all affect longevity.

Do your wigs come ready to wear?

Preparation may vary by product. Please review the individual product description before purchasing.

Some customers may choose to have their wig professionally customized or installed to achieve their preferred fit and hairline.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free U.S. shipping on orders of $350 or more, unless otherwise stated during a promotional offer.

Orders below $350 are subject to the shipping rate shown at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.

Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days after shipment. Carrier delays, holidays, severe weather, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Is a signature required for delivery?

Yes. AyL Legacy orders require a signature upon delivery to help protect your purchase.

Please make sure someone is available to receive the package or follow the carrier's instructions regarding additional delivery attempts or pickup.

What is your return policy?

Eligible products may be returned when a return request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date.

Hair must remain unused, unworn, unwashed, uncut, uncolored, and unaltered and must meet all requirements of our Return & Refund Policy.

For wigs, the lace must remain completely intact and uncut.

Can I exchange my order?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If your product qualifies for a return, you may return the eligible item according to our Return & Refund Policy and place a new order for your preferred product, texture, or length.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because we process orders quickly, please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once processing or shipment has begun.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us immediately.

If your order has not shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to correct the address. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
